Before you even setup this automation feature, you'll need to
setup your common response tempaltes that you want to send automatically.

Ok so you're ready to go?

So when you receive an inquiry from any of the inquiry forms,
your lead will either be a wedding "Type" or a non-wedding "Type"
which you determine in your event types...
if you haven't set them up please read this article as well... [click here]
So if you have only non-wedding leads, then
you only need to setup a non-wedding lead common response, otherwise you'll need
to create 2 different common responses due to the variables/placeholders being different
for each type...
Now that you've created the necessary ones,
just set them here:
Go to your brand, and then go to the "Inquiry Automation Settings" tab
Or replace the {yourBRANDID} below with your actual brandID, and paste it in your address bar
of your web browser..
