How to connect merchant accounts and payment processors

This article will go over how to manage your merchant accounts for online payment processing:

How to connect your Payment Processor

2. Click "Merchant" in "Settings" menu

3. Click "Add New Merchant"

4. Select your payment processor from the list

5. Fill out all the required fields (varies depending on the merchant processor)

6. Click "Save"

Make sure to set Brand setting of a Merchant to "All Brands" if you want to use this Payment Processors for all your brands!

8. Click this dropdown.

You can add, edit, and delete all of your merchant accounts here:
​https://www.pixifi.com/admin/settings/paymentprocessing/

You can accept payments online for invoices by simply setting up your merchant account(s).

First you'll need to obtain an account from any of our supported payment processors

  • Square

  • Authorize.Net

  • Stripe

  • BrainTree

  • Converge

  • PayPal (Website Payments Standard)

  • PayJunction

  • Manual Payment Instructions (pay by check, bank transfer, etc..)


If you already have an account with another payment processor, please contact us to create an
integration with their payment processing system.
