STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
Start with a Template:
Log in to your Pixifi account.
Navigate to your template listing, scroll down, and click on 'Questionnaires' to access the questionnaire module.
Create a New Questionnaire:
Choose 'Create New Questionnaire' within the questionnaire template section.
Title your new questionnaire, for example, 'Headshot Portrait'.
Edit and Design the Questionnaire:
Begin editing the questionnaire by adding labels and questions. For example, start with a label like "Tell us about what you need from headshots".
Make the label bold and larger to emphasize it.
Add a text input question such as "What is your end purpose for these portraits?" You can also establish the field as required.
Add a text area for more detailed responses, e.g., "Please tell us more about your ultimate headshot photos."
Include a multiple-choice question with options such as warm tones, neutral tones, cool tones, multi-colored, etc., for selecting the background color in studio photos. Change the question as needed and set it as required.
Save and Integrate into an Event:
Save your edits; the platform saves changes on the fly, so no need to constantly hit 'save'.
Navigate to 'Events' and add your newly created questionnaire to an existing event. You can add questionnaires to events, leads, or projects as required.
Prepare to Send the Questionnaire:
Create a new instance of the questionnaire from the template for a specific recipient. In this case, choose to send it to yourself to avoid sending test emails to clients.
Set up an email template with all necessary details, including a direct link to the questionnaire. Decide whether to include a signature.
Send the Questionnaire:
You have options such as sending the questionnaire immediately, later the same day, or at a custom future time. Choose according to your need and confirm the send action.
Client Interaction and Submission:
Assume the role of the client and access the questionnaire via an external launch to view and fill it as a client would.
Fill out the questionnaire and submit it.
Review and Follow Up:
Back in the 'Events' section, refresh to see the updated status under the questionnaire tab.
Click on the questionnaire name to view responses and edit if necessary.
