β1. Navigate to https://www.pixifi.com/admin/
2. Click Templates > then the drop down arrow for Emails & SMS
3. Click "Contract Reminders"
4. Click "Add New Reminder Template"
5. Click in the Name Field
6. Type the name of your Contract Reminder set
7. Click Save.
8. Click the name of the reminder set you just created
9. Click "Add Reminders"
10. Click the dropdown for which email to send.
11. Click and complete the "When to send" fields.
12. Remember that you can only send reminders AFTER the contract has been created and sent.
13. Click this dropdown.
14. Click "Save"
15. Repeat for as many reminders as you want to add to the set.
16. Now we need to add the contract reminder template to the contract itself.
17. Click "Contracts"
18. Click the name of a contract you want to set up with reminders
19. Click this dropdown to select the reminder template
20. Click "Update Contract Template"
21. Now whenever that contract is used, it will automatically create a series of reminders to finish the contract. Note that after the signature(s) have been completed, the reminders will stop going out.
