How to create and share or embed an inquiry (contact) form on your website to capture leads

1. Navigate to https://www.pixifi.com/admin/

2. Settings > Brands > Your Brand

3. Click "Inquiry"

4. Click "Click here to try them"

5. Click "Create New Form"

6. Edit your Inquiry Form by dragging the fields you'd like from the column on the right to the column on the left.

7. Click "Save"

8. Click 'View' for a URL you can share via email or include as a link on your website. Click "Embed" for a code snippet you can add to your website via 'Forms' (or similiar)

9. Add 2 lines of code to your website > Save
