Using google calendars to define availability for your studio, specific staff members, etc.
1. To use Google Calendar to define availability, you need to sync it first. There are two places where you can sync Google Calendar: 'External Integrations' and 'Availability Calendars' for your specific 'Staff' members.
Let's review 'External Integrations'.
2. Click "External Integrations" in "Settings" menu
3. Click "External Calendars"
4. There you can sync any Google Calendar by clicking "Link Pixifi to Google Calendar"
5. Click "Allow" when asked to provide permission to our application and you are done!
6. After that events from your calendar will be reflected in "Events" calendar
Be advised that you should not edit Pixifi events from Google Calendar and vice-versa. Changes you make will be overriden!

8. To add Google Calendar for your staff members, go to Staff list clicking on "Staff" in "Contacts" menu
9. Select a staff member
10. Click "Availability Calendar"
11. Click "Sync Google to Pixifi"
12. Choose appropriate calendar to define Staff member's availability
13. Enable staff sync:
14. Click "OK"
15. Now if you'll try to assign this staff member to event when he is unavailable, you will be warned beforehand:
