How to Batch (mass) Email Clients

1. Navigate to https://www.pixifi.com/admin/

2. Click "Clients" in "Contacts" menu

3. Your first option would be sendind Email via Bulk Update Clients option.
First, select all Clients you want to send your Email to:

4. Click "Batch Update Clients"

5. Select "E-mail Clients" from Action list

6. Compose your email and click "Batch Update"

7.Another options is to email your Clients using 3rd party mailing service.
To do that, Click "Export Clients" in "Actions" menu to the right:

8. Select a 3rd party service you want to use:

Tip! You can set these up in "Settings" - "External Integrations" - "3rd Party Bulk E-mail" tab

9. Select a category of your Clients you want to place in the Mailing List (you have to categorize them first)

10. Select a Mailing List that selected Clients will be added to

11. Click Process to export your clients. Now you can send them emails using your preferred mailing service.
