Email providers (Google in most cases) update their security settings from time to time to ensure the most secure experience for their users. When they do, all 3rd party providers and applications are required to 'revalidate' any syncs or integrations.

When this happens, you simply need to refresh SMTP Settings - step-by-step guide below.

2. Click "Brands" in "Settings" menu

3. Choose the brand you want to apply custom SMTP settings to

4. Click "Custom SMTP" tab, and apply necessary changes

5. If you are updating / refreshing your Custom SMTP settings, start by fully deleting the current settings.

6. Select your email provider

7. Once you've selected a provider, you'll be welcomed with a button to log-in with your typical credentials or guidance on how to log-in via a slightly more manual method with updates to the associated fields (Host, Port, Type).
