How to utilized the Workflow Visualizer

1. Navigate to https://www.pixifi.com/admin/

2. Workflow Visualizer is like a digital whiteboard to show you where you are in each of your Events.

3. Click "Workflow Templates"

4. Click the Workflow you want to visualize

5. Click "Visualizer"

6. You can check off Tasks as completed. When an Event is completely finished your Workflow, meaning all of the Tasks and phases are completed, it will disappear from your Workflow Visualizer.

7. Click this checkbox.

8. Click gear icon to make changes
