1. Navigate to https://www.pixifi.com/admin/
2. Go to Templates and Click "Email & SMS Template"
3. There are 2 ways to send an email questionnaire to your clients.

Create a new email template. To do so, click on "Create New Template".
5. Click "Add Email Template"
6. Click this dropdown to categorize this email as a Questionnaire.
7. Nice. This will help you later when you want to organize and automate your workflow. .
8. Build your email template and include the link to your Pixifi questionnaire here.
9. If you wish to add a pdf version of the questionnaire, go to "Add Attachment"
10. Another way to add a questionnaire to an email template, use our Pixifi pre made email templates! Go to click "Template Library"
11. You can see some pre-made Pixifi questionnaire templates here.
12. Click on the magnifying glass to see a preview of the email template.
13. Click "Select Template" to use it. You can customize every single template in Pixifi to your liking; we are just helping you save time.
14. Don't forget to click "Save"!
15. Go back to the main section of Email & SMS Templates and scroll down to see the new questionnaire template you have just saved.

17. You can copy and paste the link here.
18. Click "Save" and you are all set!
