How to Create an Email Template in Pixifi

1. Navigate to https://www.pixifi.com/admin/

2. Templates> Email & SMS Template"

3. Click "Create New Template"

4. Click "Add Email Template"

5. Add template name

6. Select "Template Type" so that the correct variables will fill into this drop down box. Remember, these Templates are organized by Type so unless you tell the system which Type this Template is, it doesn’t know which Type of variables to present you with for your Template E-Mail.

7. Enter Email Subject

8. Click this dropdown to choose a variable for the subject or message

9. If you want to make your subject personalized as it sends out to each individual Client or for each purpose, you can use the variables to auto-fill your subject line

10. Click "Save"
