How to automate (legacy) inquiry form responses
1. Navigate to https://www.pixifi.com/admin/
2. Select a Brand you want to edit from "Brands" list in "Settings" menu
3. Click "Inquiry Automation," you can automate inquiry form responses as a part of the experience you provide leads
4. Inquiry Form Success Options let you create a custom message that is displayed after a lead submits an inquiry form. The success URL is where your new Leads will be redirected to.
5. Event Type Specific Responses lets you define automated responses based on an event type. You can choose from existing email termplates via the drop down or create a new one using "+" button.
6. As soon as a lead comes in from the Pixifi inquiry form, you can auto-apply client categories to your new Lead with these settings.
7. "Apply Lead Status" lets you automatically assign a status to new Lead
Be sure to not create overlapping Workflows with Lead Status Automations and Auto-Apply Event Type Specific Workflow settings!
8. You can apply Client Category to new Lead using Auto-Apply Event Type Specific Workflow settings based on Event Type
9. And set specific redirections for specific Events Types if you want in Event Type Specific Inquiry Form Success Redirect URL settings.
10. When you are happy with everything, click "Update Settings" and you are done!
