How to manage a lead in Pixifi
1. Navigate to https://www.pixifi.com/admin/leads/
2. Hover over Contacts and click on 'Leads' > Click on the Lead
3. There are two approaches to editing a lead : VIEW tab or EDIT tab.
If you need to make a few basic change, leave in 'VIEW' mode
4. You can edit any field underlined in blue dashes and hit 'enter' on your keyboard to save.
5. If you need to change a lot of information, it's best to toggle to "EDIT" mode to open all the fields for editing
6. Make necessary changes > click 'Update' to save

7. Click "Proposals" to create and send proposals to your leads
8. Click "Contact" to send emails, sms text, log communication
9. Click "Questionnaires" to create a questionnaire from templates to gather more info from your lead
10. Click "Workflow" to schedule different automatic items for events
11. Click "Leads & Events Calendar" to see your other leads and events for selected period of time
12. Click "Timelines" to generate a PDF document of an event timeline for anyone else
13. Click "Time" to track working time with a lead
14. Click "Estimates/Quotes" to send your leads the estimation of your work for them ( not an invoice - no need to pay )
