What to do if your calendar isn't showing correct availability
1. If the availability on your booking calendar looks inaccurate, please follow these steps to address the most common causes
Check if the correct staff member is assigned in Service settings:
2. Check the booking options in Advanced Settings of Services settings:
3. Check the working hours of the assigned staff member:
4. And check their availability calendar for possible unavailability periods:
5. If neither of the above settings are conflicting with each other and causing booking options to be unavailable, try toggling off "Show Timeslots left on Calendar" experimental toggle if it is enabled:
