How to Send a Proposal to a Lead

1. Navigate to https://www.pixifi.com/admin/

2. Click "Leads" in "Contacts" menu

3. Select the lead you want to send your Proposal to, or create a new one using Quick Lead option

4. Click "Proposals"

5. Click "Create New Proposal"

6. Select Proposal Template

7. Save your Proposal

8. Click "Yes" when prompted to edit your new Proposal

9. Hit "Publish and View" button. This will automatically send your proposal to the lead as well.

Tip! Miss a step, package or add-on for this particular lead? You can edit Proposal content on the edit page. This will not affect your Proposal Template
