1. Navigate to https://www.pixifi.com/admin/vendors/

2. Click "Vendors"

3. Click "Filter Options" to select the vendors you want to turn into clients.

4. Use the filter type to help you narrow down and batch update your vendors easily.

Tip! You can also use any of the options such as the filter category OR vendors that were assigned to events from a certain date. This helps you select the vendors much quicker!

5. Once you have selected the vendors you want to turn into clients, click "Import Vendors"

6. Click "Choose file" and a CSV file of all those vendors will automatically download onto your computer.

7. Now, for the next step: Turning your vendors into clients!

8. Click "Clients"

9. Click "Actions"

10. Click "Import Clients"

11. Choose the file of vendors you just downloaded earlier.

12. Click this dropdown to relabel your vendors. We even have a label: "Vendors as Clients" already set for you!

13. To make it even easier for you to have all their information, click "Populate Columns" and all of your vendor data (contact information, address ,type, etc) will appear.

Tip! Make sure you are mapping the data correctly! These vendors will now be clients so we want to make sure we have imported everything you needed over!

14. Click "Import Data"

15. You're all done!
