How to contact a lead within Pixifi

1. Navigate to https://www.pixifi.com/admin/leads/

2. Contact > Leads > Name of the lead

3. Click "Contact"

4. Click "Compose/Send" to: Send Email; Send SMS; or Log Communication

5. Click "Send Email" to create an email. You can then send in the moment or schedule for a specific time.

Before you can send SMS / Text via Pixifi, you need to set up a twilio account at twilio.com. Twilio is a service that powers these types of text messages.

Once you have a Twilio account you can head to Settings > Brand > SMS to enter your credentials (Twilio SID, Auth Token)

6. Click "Send SMS/Text" to send a text.

7. Select the recipient and click send

8. Click "Log Communication" to manually log the conversation outside Pixifi > save

9. From the contact tab, you can review, delete and reply to all communication without leaving Pixifi.

10. Click "unique address"
