How to create staff roles and permissions and assign roles to Staff members

2. Contacts > Staff

3. Click "Roles"

4. Click "Add Role"

5. Title the role and distinguish the level of access they will be permitted for that specific module.

6. You may give Full Access or customize your permissions the way you need

7. Click "Save"

8. Click "Staff Members"

9. Click Staff Members and select the member you want to assign the role

10. In the block “Credentials" choose the new role you just created from the drop-down box. Click [Update] and the next time they login they’ll be locked down!

11. Click "Update"
