How to Send a Questionnaire to a lead

1. Navigate to https://www.pixifi.com/admin/

2. Contacts > Clients

3. Select an event you want to create a questionnaire for

4. Click "Questionnaires"

5. Click "Create New Questionnaire from Template"

6. Select the questionnaire template you want to use

7. Click Yes

8. Select the recipient > Send
