How to view, manage, add and bulk update Expenses
1. Navigate to https://www.pixifi.com/admin/
2. Click "Money" in "Finances" menu
3. Click "Expenses" tab
4. On this tab, the pie graph on the left shows the expense total for that year organized by expense category, and the graph on the right is a bar graph that shows your expenses juxtaposed with your payments for selected year.
Tip! You can change the year on the dropdown above
5. You can also filter options by a range of fields.
6. Here you can manually add Expenses to Pixifi
7. You can also update expenses in bulk via Batch Update (don't forget to select them first)
Tip! Batch Update Actions available are: Brand assignment, Vendor assignment, Expense Category assignment, Account assignment and deletion
8. Duplicate or Delete Expense one by one using these buttons:
