How to automate Invoice ID numbers

1. Navigate to https://www.pixifi.com/admin/

2. Settings >Application

3. Give your invoice a starting number

4. In the next box, you can also add text to your Invoice name. but you ALWAYS need to make sure you use the variable {InvoiceID} to ensure the auto-generated invoice number is included in the final invoice name

5. Click "Update"

6. You can test out what your Invoice ID’s will look like by clicking on the little shortcut lightning bolt button and [+ Add Quick Invoice].
