How to Send a Contract
1. Navigate to https://www.pixifi.com/admin/clients/
2. Clients > Event you need to send a contract for
3. Click "Contracts"
4. All recipients you add will be required to digitally sign the Contract.
5. If you’d like to have your Client sign the Contract in-person, you will add them as a recipient just like you would if you were sending the Contract digitally, though be sure to select the [In-Person] button located next to their name. When the time comes, click the [SIGN In-Person] button and a link will pop-up in a new window where they will view the Contract and sign.
6. Click "Publish + Send Contract"
7. Select how to send
8. First, choose from a drop-down list of your Contract Template Emails.
If you are not working from an Email Template, make sure you have the following variables contained within the body of your E-Mail: {contract_externallink} and {recipient_password}.
9. Agree to the terms and Send
10. Click "Send Contract"
