INTRO: Sharing is Caring!

One thing we at Pixifi pride ourselves on is our incredible community!  And part of any good community is communication, support, and the sharing of resources!  Because we believe so deeply in this concept, we have given every Pixifi user a custom sharing ID number and when they are traded, very effective sharing of information like lead info, client info, vendors, questionnaire templates, and workflow templates can take place between two studios who use Pixifi!

When you share this information, it only creates a duplicate copy within the other user’s account so if either of you make changes to the data that was previously shared, the updates will not be seen unless you share it again!

PIXIFID™ (01:00)

To access your Pixifi share ID, go to SETTINGS, SHARING, and right at the top you’ll be able to see “My PixifID" which will have a 6 alphanumeric character code which never changes.  The purpose of your PixifID is for sharing Pixifi data, not to be confused with your Pixifi referral link, which we will discuss in more detail in a moment.  To start sharing with a Studio, just click the [+ Share with Studio] button, and paste in the PixifID that they sent to you.  Then Click on [√ Share] and you will see their Studio Name appear in the listing of Studios you can share templates and information with.

Now as an example, we can go to one of our Leads, and here in their profile, let’s click on the [Actions] button up here at the top right corner and then click on [Share Lead] and a Share form will appear where you can choose the studio you want to send this information to in the drop-down.  Because you’re sharing a Lead, you will be prompted to make a best guess from their available Event Types so that when it appears in their account they will know which type of Lead it is.  As you begin playing around with this feature, you’ll see that sharing Locations, Vendors, Clients, etc all works the same way.

ReferraLINK™ (02:13)

Your Pixifi referral link, found under SETTINGS and REFERRALS, is a public link that you can customize to incorporate your brand or studio name.  This referral link can be shared with other professionals in the industry; anyone you may meet in a community page for photographers or other wedding professionals and/or any studios you know of who might benefit from a studio management software like this!

When you tell someone about Pixifi and they sign up for an account using your referral link, you will get credit for that referral!  When one of the people you shared your referral link with uses it to sign up for a free month with Pixifi, you will receive a fun thank-you email, BUT….(*excitement*) if they end up continuing on with their membership, once they make their first subscription payment, you will receive a free month!!!  ONE FREE MONTH of Pixifi for every person you refer (who continues on as a Pixifi user!)  That’s insane!  Even if you only refer 12 people using your link, you will get an entire year of Pixifi absolutely free!!!  There is no limit to the amount of free months you can receive by referring new Pixifi users!  If you refer 72 people using your ReferraLINK™, you will enjoy 6 full years of your Pixifi Membership, absolutely free!  I’m just gonna leave that there for a minute...
